It mostly just ends up ticking off trucks, trucks avoiding their loads or only taking them only as a last resort, along with long waits for their customers on loads , resulting in more typical negative reviews online for them

Florida is pretty rough getting loads out of for sure. Every time we list a load at a farily descent rate , ( on airRyd.com ) we get about 35 phone calls and texts from trucks in under half an hour. Have to make the money going into FL cuz you likely won't make it coming out.

Montway is def up there in terms of complaints that we hear about from trucking companies. They tend to like to do alot of calling and harassing drivers, not to mention over-promising on their services ( that they expect the trucking company to deliver on ) ..... Oh not to mention low rates and...
