Yes the industry is now dominated by people from the middle eastern block of Europe, think Russia, Ukraine, and that entire region, in fact many of the companies or trucking companies in the USA are almost entirely being ran out of someone's home in Ukraine, the Natasha is doing the books and accounting, while Vlad or Igor is driving the truck and hauling the cars in the USA. And they will usually try to get more of their family members over who can also begin driving and expanding their trucking business. These first generation immigrants are just far more willing to work hard and haul loads at cheap rates , so it is what is at this point. People do not like to pay alot for shipping, we have seen this in every aspect of the logistics world, with Amazon, etc. So the product and the people driving are obviously not going to be at the 10/10 service level. Americans just don't want to pay alot for shipping.
